yoga dallas – What is your favorite yoga DVD/instructor?
What is your favorite yoga DVD/instructor?
I am going on vacation and would like to take a yoga DVD along for a quick practice to start my day each day while vacationing.
I prefer vinyasa, but am open to others. Can anyone recommend a really great DVD or particular instructor that could be my “must have” travel item so I can continue practice while travelling?
